Dear Students,
Unfortunately, we have been away from you for a long time in this extraordinary period that we are living in. We all tried to adapt quickly to a period we never expected. In this period, both you and all our academic staff in our faculty found themselves at an intense pace.
First of all, I would like to emphasize that the biggest goal of our University, Faculty and School of Health Services is to ensure the health and safety of all academic and administrative staff and students on campus as well as out of campus. I would like to state that our responsibility to you lies at the centre of all the decisions and actions we take in this direction.
Dear students, according to the decision of the senate of our university on 21.09.2020, teaching activities in the fall semester of the 2020-2021 academic year will be carried out by distance learning (online).
Online courses will be supported by rich content and materials that will be presented digitally. In addition to online teaching practices to be carried out using asynchronous and synchronous methods, our Faculty/School of Health Services with the aim of gaining the program competencies and professional competence/skills of the courses at the highest level via Practice-oriented courses/ Clinical practice / Professional Practice etc, all of our departments and programs will plan the education model in their curriculum in a way that will not victimize our students. In the Fall Semester of 2020 - 2021 Academic Year, Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) and MS Teams software will be used in the teaching of the courses. All measurement and evaluation activities (coursework, quiz, project, report, midterm, final exam) will be done online using LMS.
