Graduation Ceremony Participation Confirmation Deadline-Important Notice

Dear Graduands,

Graduands who do not confirm their participation in the Graduation Ceremony by 24 June 2026 but later decide to attend will still be accommodated at the ceremony. However, as the seating plan and ceremony arrangements will be finalized based on the participation confirmations received by 24 June, these graduands will not be seated within their department's designated section and will instead be placed in the last row of the seating area allocated to their faculty.

In addition, as the name lists displayed on the screen during diploma presentation will be prepared in advance, the names of graduands who confirm their participation after 24 June may not be displayed on the screen during the diploma distribution process.

To ensure the smooth operation of the ceremony, we kindly ask all graduands to confirm their participation by 24 June 2026.
