EMU Faculty of Health Sciences Attended Deans Council Meeting of Health Sciences Faculties

Eastern Mediterranean University, Health Sciences Faculty attended Health Sciences Faculties Deans Council meeting hosted by SANKO University in Gaziantep between 5 and 6 November 2015. EMU was represented at the said event by EMU Faculty of Health Sciences Dean Prof. Dr. Mehtap Malkoç.

Organised with the purpose of enhancing the collaboration and interaction between Health Sciences Faculties, the Council meeting hosted discussions on current educational policies and curriculum design procedures. EMU Health Sciences Faculty Dean and Health Sciences Faculties Deans Council Sub-structure Commission Chair Prof. Dr. Malkoç delivered a presentation entitled "Health Sciences Faculties' Sub-Structural Analysis" in the said Council meeting.

During the meeting, Hacettepe University Faculty of Nursing retired academic staff member Prof. Dr. Fethiye Erdil, Health Sciences Faculties Deans Council Education Commission Chair Prof. Dr. Sultan Taşçı, Recruitment Commission Chair Prof. Dr. Aliye Mavili, Research & Development and Publication Commission Chair Prof. Dr. M. Gülden Polat and Hacettepe University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Yüksel Kavak also delivered presentations.

Expressing her pleasure in the productivity level of the said meeting, Prof. Dr. Malkoç, highlighted the importance of meetings as such in the enhancement of collaborations between Health Sciences Faculties.
