7th EMU Promotion Days Completed

Organized by the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), the “7^th EMU Promotion Days” commenced at the EMU Lala Mustafa Paşa Sports Center on the 17^th of April 2017. The organization was completed on the 18^th of April 2017 with the attendance of final year students from Atatürk Vocational High School, TED College, Değirmenlik High School, Dr. Fazıl Küçük Industrial Vocational High School and Doğa College.

Within the framework of the 7^th EMU Promotion Days which took place for a period of two days between 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., participating students took part in various interesting organizations and academic activities. During the promotion days, students had the opportunity to discover the international student profile and campus life of Eastern Mediterranean University, an institution which offers study opportunities to 20,000 students from 106 countries. Students were also presented information on academic units, career choices and plans.

Halil DOĞAN – Dr. Fazıl Küçük Industrial Vocational High School Final Year Student:

This is not my first time at EMU. EMU has a very large and appealing campus. Its international qualities formed by the presence of students from many different cultures provides an advantage. EMU is one of my university choices. I would like to study Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The Promotion Days allowed me to ask questions and I think that it will play a part in my ultimate decision.

Asaf YİĞİTTÜRK – Doğa College Final Year Student:

I have been to EMU before. It is a very beautiful university that provides a quality education. I am thinking about studying Sports Sciences. EMU is a university that is amongst my choices because I value the quality education I believe it provides. As a result of the Promotion Days, we have obtained detailed information about both the university and its departments. I think this will definitely play a part in my final decision.

Selsu SOLMAN – TED College Final Year Student:

I have visited EMU before. EMU is a very nice university that provides education at an international level. I have gained detailed information about different departments, thanks to the Promotion Days.

Elis NOBARİ – Atatürk Vocational High School Final Year Student:

This is my first time at EMU. I am aware of the university’s quality and opportunities it provides because of my sister who studied at EMU. I am considering receiving an education in Preschool Teaching and EMU is amongst my choices.

Kadir KARARTICIOĞLU – Değirmenlik High School Final Year Student:

I think that EMU has the best campus in the TRNC. Its international nature and global recognition are very important. I would like to receive education in the field of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at EMU.
