Hidayet Serdar

Hidayet Serdar, born in Nicosia Cyprus, completed her compulsory education in Cyprus, and received her bachelor's degree from Bilkent University – Ankara – on English Literature (BA). Before joining the professional life H. Serdar completed Industrial Relations (MSc.) in the London School of Economics and Political Science, London, UK.

She had an important experience on GSM, Aviation, Higher Education and Banking sectors, in the fields of Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Marketing in executive levels, while she has been into the spiritual development since 2002, first as yoga, thai massage, phytotherapy, holistic nutrition and feng shui student, then a practitioner and an expert.

H. Serdar aims to make her clients to see the life as an art, and help them to explore their art of living by guiding them to the higher levels.

Besides one 2 one (face 2 face or online) professional consulting, mentoring and executive coaching sessions, H. Serdar provides holistic approaches to her clients as a life coach.

Melis Guvensoy

Entrepreneur

Melis has been working as a strategic consultant, entrepreneur and a business developer in life sciences for over 8 years. She began her career at Procurement Leaders UK where she was responsible for the lead generation of premium products. Melis later joined Whale Bay & Co (a life sciences and health consultancy, Deloitte spin-off) as a Business Development Manager before moving to a contract research organisation called OcellO BV (a company specializing in 3D in vitro screening in organoids, later acquired by Crown Bio) as a Business Manager, in the Netherlands. In both roles, she was mainly responsible for geo-expansion and most recently co-founded Bold Innovates, a strategy consulting firm specialised in helping UK and EU life sciences start-ups and scale-ups with bold innovations grow through investment readiness and sourcing solutions. She is also a Mentor at Femtech Lab, a Board Member of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) Women Community, and an active member of the Cyprus Women's Health Research Society.

Melis holds a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Leicester and a masters degree in Cancer Therapeutics from Barts Cancer Institute, Queen Mary University of London.

Ipek Gunduz

Entrepreneur

Ipek has over 10 years of experience in the UK and EU life sciences industry. She started her career at Johnson & Johnson Government Affairs and Policy where she was one of the founding members of the Johnson & Johnson Innovation Centre London and MedCity – the health & life sciences cluster organisation in London. She later joined Baxter Healthcare UK where she held various positions in market access, sales, and marketing. Ipek was later promoted to the position of Regional Marketing Manager, where she played a central role in launching two pharmaceutical products in Western Europe. Prior to joining Bold Innovates as a Co-Founder & Partner, Ipek worked for the Atacana Group and advised a number of life sciences clients as an independent consultant.

Ipek is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) Corporate Relations Committee and serves as a Mentor for the HBA EU Mentoring Program 2023. Her industry qualifications include the ABPI (the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry) Level 3 Diploma in the promotion of prescription medicines and Level 6 Award in Innovation in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Ipek holds a BSc in Politics with Economics from the University of Bath and an MSc in Politics and Government in the EU from the London School of Economics (LSE).
